This self-service facility allows you to search for training related information and enrol online. Existing students of Swan TAFE can also access information on their enrolments, results and awards.
2010 Semester 1 Full Time Award Enrolments
Online Enrolments for Semester 1 2010 will be available from 22 January 2010 to successful applicants offered a place in full-time award study. Please note not all courses will be available for online enrolment. Please refer to your Letter of Offer when sent to you from TAFE Admissions for further details.
Short Course Enrolments

Login for First Time Users of the Student Portal (Existing Students)
After selecting 'Login' enter your College Student No, which is 13 followed by your Swan TAFE Student ID. Your Swan TAFE Student ID can be found on a Swan TAFE Statement of Academic Record or on a previous Confirmation of Enrolment. Your default password will be your date of birth, entered in the following format without spaces - ddmmccyy. Please note if you have only enrolled today for the first time, you will not be able to login to the Student Portal until tomorrow.
Login for Previous Users of the Student Portal
After selecting 'Login' enter your Online Student Number and Password which you created previously, or your College Student Number and date of birth password. Once you have logged in, you can view previous enrolments, results and awards or enrol into other Courses.
